    Information About Your Order

    1 - Your Very First Order

    If this is your first order with us, it may take up to 2 weeks to get your products fully grown and ready to harvest.

    If we have extra products at our farm growing then we'll prepare your order sooner.

    You'll receive from us an email confirming the delivery date for your microgreens.

    2 - For Subscribers

    Once you've received your first order, your next order will be delivered and automatically billed according to the subscription plan you've chosen.

    (For example, weekly products are delivered once a week.)

    3 - Delivery Days

    We deliver every Tuesday between 10AM and 5PM.

    If it's really hot or cold outside, we recommend leaving a cooler outside so we can put your microgreens inside and protect them as they are highly perishable.
