Are your products organic?

We exclusively grow using only certified organic seeds.

For our growing process, we only use pure water, professional grade soil and full-spectrum lighting.

We never use chemicals, fertilizers or anything else.

Where's your farm located?

Our urban farm is located in St-Bruno-De-Montarville.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the Monteregie / South Shore area to the following towns:

Can we pick up our order at the farm?

For now we only deliver our products from our farm.

How long does it take to get my order?

We only grow when an order is made and it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your first order. If we have extra growing at the farm, we'll deliver your order sooner.

A delivery date confirmation email will be sent to you after one or two days from ordering.

For subscribers, after receiving your first order, your microgreens will be regularly delivered to you according to your subscription plan.

Only new or modifying orders may experience 2 weeks waiting time as we implement the necessary changes to our farm.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

You don't have to be home when we deliver.

We'll place your order at your door like most other packages unless the weather is extremely difficult.

If you're not home or if the weather is extremely difficult (+30C, -20C), we strongly recommend leaving a cooler or similar item outside so we may store and protect your order inside it.

I live in an apartment / condo. Do you deliver?

Yes absolutely.

During the add to cart, checkout process, you may also include additional delivery instructions.

How big is your packaging?

We deliver our microgreens using sustainable brown paper bags and use 100% recyclable food grade plastic containers in 2 main sizes:

40 grams (1.5oz)

  • 5 1/2" L x 5" W x 2" H

85 grams (3oz)

  • 7" L x 6 1/2" W x 2" H

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer FREE shipping on all our orders.

Is there a minimum amount I have to buy to get started?

There are no minimums.

You may choose as little as a single item.

How does billing work?

Our microgreens can be purchased as a one-time delivery or as a subscription.

For subscribers, after receiving your first order, your next order will be charged at 8PM on Tuesdays according to the subscription plan you've selected. (For example: Weekly subscriptions will be billed once a week.)

How do I change or update my order?

Login to your account to view, modify, pause or cancel your order and subscription using the link below or the person icon located in our main menu above.

How do I update my payment details?

If you ordered directly from our website, simply login to your account on our website to update your card using the link below or by clicking the person icon in our main menu above.

If you ordered using the Shop App, you must log into your Shopify App and change your details there.

If ordering via Paypal, you'll need to log into your Paypal account to make changes.
